Positively Living®: Shame-Free Productivity Conversations
The Positively Living® Podcast brings you shame-free productivity conversations for the overwhelmed multi-passionate creatives, caregivers, and multi-taskers who never clock out, juggle countless responsibilities, and quietly wonder if there's a better way.
Hosted by Lisa Zawrotny, Productivity Coach and founder of Positively Productive Systems, the show replaces rigid productivity rules with flexible approaches that respect your energy and priorities. Through solo episodes, expert interviews, and live coaching sessions, Lisa covers the topics that actually affect your ability to move forward: stress management, habits and systems, decluttering, self-awareness, boundaries, mindset, entrepreneurship, and more.
This is productivity for real life, helping you breathe easier, move forward sustainably, and make space for what matters most to you.

A recent event happened that caused me to pause my work and be there for my family. This challenged me to walk my talk, redefine what it means to be productive at this moment and in this season of life, and practice compassionate productivity on myself. This week, episode 189 of the Positively Living Podcast is about why compassion is essential to be more productive!
In this episode, I share how I’ve come to teach what I once needed to learn, guiding clients with compassionate productivity, and I offer you actionable steps to take right now to seek more compassion so you can avoid burnout.
I cover the following topics:
- The physical and mental benefits of compassion, both inward and outward.
- 3 types of compassion (from the author of Mindful Compassion, Dr. Paul Gilbert).
- Reframing our idea of productivity in order to achieve our best work.
- How energy management is a key part of compassionate productivity.
- Who compassionate productivity is meant for.
I encourage you to embrace more compassion in your life. Think about the types of compassion and check in with yourself to see where you need support and focus.
