Positively Living®: Shame-Free Productivity Conversations
The Positively Living® Podcast brings you shame-free productivity conversations for the overwhelmed multi-passionate creatives, caregivers, and multi-taskers who never clock out, juggle countless responsibilities, and quietly wonder if there's a better way.
Hosted by Lisa Zawrotny, Productivity Coach and founder of Positively Productive Systems, the show replaces rigid productivity rules with flexible approaches that respect your energy and priorities. Through solo episodes, expert interviews, and live coaching sessions, Lisa covers the topics that actually affect your ability to move forward: stress management, habits and systems, decluttering, self-awareness, boundaries, mindset, entrepreneurship, and more.
This is productivity for real life, helping you breathe easier, move forward sustainably, and make space for what matters most to you.

Among the many things I wish for you, joy is at the top of the list. It may seem obvious why, but there is so much more to it than your happiness and, unsurprisingly, productivity is part of it. When you integrate more joy into your daily routine, you not only experience pleasure and positive emotions, but you give your brain and body a much-needed break from stress and monotony. These breaks enhance your focus and problem-solving, making joy a catalyst for enhanced productivity. This week, episode 188 of the Positively Living Podcast is about how a Joy List can make you more productive!
In this episode of the Positively Living Podcast, I encourage you to make a list of everything, big or small, that brings you joy in life (your Joy List) and I give you the steps needed to use that list and easily integrate more joy into your life.
I cover the following topics:
- Research based evidence that shows how positive emotions are linked to your success, both personally and professionally.
- What a Joy List is and how to quickly create your own.
- How keeping a Joy List is the key to accessing your joy, even in times it feels difficult.
- Using your Joy List as a personalized self-care guide to recharge and nourish yourself, paying attention to the positive changes that come from it.
Do not underestimate the power of joy. Seeking it is not a frivolous pursuit to be seen as optional, it’s a strategic tool for living your best life.
