Positively Living®: Shame-Free Productivity Conversations
The Positively Living® Podcast brings you shame-free productivity conversations for the overwhelmed multi-passionate creatives, caregivers, and multi-taskers who never clock out, juggle countless responsibilities, and quietly wonder if there's a better way.
Hosted by Lisa Zawrotny, Productivity Coach and founder of Positively Productive Systems, the show replaces rigid productivity rules with flexible approaches that respect your energy and priorities. Through solo episodes, expert interviews, and live coaching sessions, Lisa covers the topics that actually affect your ability to move forward: stress management, habits and systems, decluttering, self-awareness, boundaries, mindset, entrepreneurship, and more.
This is productivity for real life, helping you breathe easier, move forward sustainably, and make space for what matters most to you.

Money is consistently one of the biggest stressors and it can be difficult to have money conversations, for women especially. That’s why episode 09 of The Positively Living Podcast with Janice Pica-Scholl is about motherhood and money!
In this episode of The Positively Living Podcast, Janice Pica-Scholl and I share the importance of how we handle money conversations and offer actionable steps you can take right now to become more proactive financially, which will serve our families no matter what is happening in the world. We cover the following topics:
- The four ways we interact with money: making it, managing it, growing and investing it, and our mindset and relationship with it
- How viewing our financial situation at home as though we were running a business can help us reduce our family’s risk and take back our control
- How to gain confidence and understanding about money, career, and business topics as they relate to motherhood and family
- How empowering it is to recognize that there are areas where you need help and you don’t have to have all the answers
We urge you to take the time to view your finances and do so without guilt or shame. I know this is a stressful topic, which is why I wanted to cover it. I want you to know you are not alone and that we get it and are here to support you. It’s time to be proactive. Money is no longer something that happens to you - let it be something you make happen.
