Gratitude is a topic you find everywhere. I believe in the power of gratitude, but I also believe we need to understand it and approach it the right way. That’s why episode 04 of The Positively Living Podcast is about Gratitude -- the power habit that brings healing and abundance!

But, with a little guidance, it can be one of the easiest things to include in your life and it offers one of the greatest return on investments. It is a cumulative process that builds so beautifully on itself.
