Positively Living®: Shame-Free Productivity Conversations
The Positively Living® Podcast brings you shame-free productivity conversations for the overwhelmed multi-passionate creatives, caregivers, and multi-taskers who never clock out, juggle countless responsibilities, and quietly wonder if there's a better way.
Hosted by Lisa Zawrotny, Productivity Coach and founder of Positively Productive Systems, the show replaces rigid productivity rules with flexible approaches that respect your energy and priorities. Through solo episodes, expert interviews, and live coaching sessions, Lisa covers the topics that actually affect your ability to move forward: stress management, habits and systems, decluttering, self-awareness, boundaries, mindset, entrepreneurship, and more.
This is productivity for real life, helping you breathe easier, move forward sustainably, and make space for what matters most to you.

Too often we see successful people and assume being a high-achiever came naturally to them when, in reality, they have surrounded themselves with the support needed to help them get to that point. This week, episode 148 of the Positively Living Podcast is about why high-achievers need a coach!
In this episode of the Positively Living Podcast, I’m busting the myth about the type of person that would benefit from hiring a coach and sharing how coaching can be one of the best ways to effectively and efficiently reach your goals. I also share how my coaching differs from traditional productivity coaching and how my “you first” method helps clients finesse–not force–their way to a productive life, reaching goals while avoiding burnout.
One of the biggest reasons high achievers turn to coaches is because coaching can help you reach your goals much faster than you would on your own. Sometimes it’s a matter of getting unstuck and overcoming hurdles as well.
