Positively Living®: Shame-Free Productivity Conversations
The Positively Living® Podcast brings you shame-free productivity conversations for the overwhelmed multi-passionate creatives, caregivers, and multi-taskers who never clock out, juggle countless responsibilities, and quietly wonder if there's a better way.
Hosted by Lisa Zawrotny, Productivity Coach and founder of Positively Productive Systems, the show replaces rigid productivity rules with flexible approaches that respect your energy and priorities. Through solo episodes, expert interviews, and live coaching sessions, Lisa covers the topics that actually affect your ability to move forward: stress management, habits and systems, decluttering, self-awareness, boundaries, mindset, entrepreneurship, and more.
This is productivity for real life, helping you breathe easier, move forward sustainably, and make space for what matters most to you.

Loving yourself and making time for self-care can be a challenge, but I truly believe that for any other relationship to work, we must love ourselves first. This week, episode 144 of the Positively Living Podcast is about how to practice self-care using the five love languages!
In this episode of the Positively Living Podcast, my guest Miriam Wexler shares what the 5 love languages are and how understanding them impacts how we communicate with others and ourselves. She shares how we can flip those love languages from focusing on external relationships to our internal one, using them to guide our approach to self-care.
Miriam and I cover the following topics:
- The factors that are blocking us from practicing self-care.
- What the 5 love languages look like in a romantic relationship and how we can apply them to many other aspects of our lives (family, business), and specifically, how we can use them as a framework to practice self-love.
- How this approach can work not just for self-care but as a complement to our relationships with others.
When we know our love languages and share them with others, we not only show them how we need to be loved, we then have the information to turn inward to filter our own self-care approach.
