Positively Living®: Shame-Free Productivity Conversations
The Positively Living® Podcast brings you shame-free productivity conversations for the overwhelmed multi-passionate creatives, caregivers, and multi-taskers who never clock out, juggle countless responsibilities, and quietly wonder if there's a better way.
Hosted by Lisa Zawrotny, Productivity Coach and founder of Positively Productive Systems, the show replaces rigid productivity rules with flexible approaches that respect your energy and priorities. Through solo episodes, expert interviews, and live coaching sessions, Lisa covers the topics that actually affect your ability to move forward: stress management, habits and systems, decluttering, self-awareness, boundaries, mindset, entrepreneurship, and more.
This is productivity for real life, helping you breathe easier, move forward sustainably, and make space for what matters most to you.

If you’ve heard the Tale of the Two Wolves before, you may have heard the ending “the wolf that wins is the one you feed,” but there’s an alternate ending that tells us why both wolves need to win and how to do it. This week, episode 143 of the Positively Living Podcast is about your inner voice and the Tale of the Two Wolves!
In this episode of the Positively Living Podcast, I read the Tale of the Two Wolves as a way to remind us that negative self-talk is something we all experience and I share an alternate ending to encourage you to approach your inner voice with compassion. When you give yourself the space you need to honor what’s inside you, you’re able to acknowledge, understand, and feed your inner self the right way. Self-compassion is critical for us to heal and change but it will only work when it’s paired with self-acceptance.
I believe that tending to both sides will truly enhance your life because when you realize two “wolves” are really one…really you…you’ll see the balance and harmony that comes from nurturing and appreciating both.
